Vacuum Cleaner

The basic structure of the vacuum cleaner is divided into five parts according to its function:

1. Power: Vacuum cleaner motor and governor. Speed governor is separately controlled and controlled by computer.

Motor: copper wire motor and aluminum wire motor. Copper wire motors have the advantages of high temperature resistance, long service life and long single operation time, but the price is higher than that of aluminium wire motors. Aluminum wire motors have the characteristics of low price, but their temperature resistance is poor, melting point is low, and their service life is not as long as copper wire. Speed governor: Manual control type is generally air valve adjustment (as shown); Computer control type is power type hand-held button or infrared adjustment.

2. Filtration system: dust bag, front filter and back filter. According to the different filter materials, it can be divided into paper, cloth, SMS and HEPA.

3. Functional part: take-up and release mechanism, dust-filled indication, button or sliding switch.

4. Protection measures: dust-free bag protection, over-vacuum protection, anti-interference protection (soft start), over-heat protection, anti-static protection.

5. Accessories: Handles and hoses, nozzles, floor brushes, flat suction, round brushes, bed sheet brushes, sofa suction, hooks, straps.

6. Dusting principle: The fan impeller of the vacuum cleaner, driven by the motor at high speed, expels the air from the impeller at high speed, and at the same time makes the air in the dust-collecting part continuously supplement the intake fan. In this way, a higher pressure difference may be formed with the outside world. The dust and dirt of the suction nozzle are sucked into the suction part with the air, and leak through the leaker to collect the dust and dirt in the dust canister.

7. The original of the vacuum cleaner: Most of the vacuum cleaners are equipped with an assembled brush head for cleaning floor and carpet. Suction cleaners are also equipped with a series of cleaning brushes and suction nozzles to clean corners, curtains, sofas and crevices.

8. Throat: All suction vacuum cleaners will be equipped with hard-throat pipes to connect soft-throat pipes and accessories for cleaning.

9. Electric brush: The cleaning head of the internal vacuum cleaner is a special accessory of the hybrid vacuum cleaner.

10. Round brush head: also smaller suction nozzle, can do 360* turn, easy to clean furniture, fine mesh fabric, etc.

11. Flat suction nozzle: also known as gap suction nozzle, is a slender, flat hard suction nozzle. It is especially suitable for cleaning wall, radiation heater, corner and shallow and narrow areas.

12. Dust brush: Made of long and soft mane, suitable for cleaning curtains, walls, etc. The vacuum cleaner is mainly composed of three parts: dust collection, dust collection and dust filtration. Generally, it includes series excitation rectifier motor, centrifugal fan, filter (bag) and dust collection accessories. The power of general vacuum cleaner is 400-1000W or higher, and the power of portable vacuum cleaner is 250W or less. Vacuum cleaner can remove dust, mainly because its "head" is equipped with an electric exhaust fan. There is a wind impeller on the rotating shaft of the exhaust fan. After power is turned on, the exhaust fan will generate high suction and pressure at a speed of 500 cycles per second. Under the action of suction and pressure, the air is discharged at a high speed. The air in the front end of the exhaust fan continuously supplements the air in the fan, resulting in instantaneous vacuum inside the vacuum cleaner and negative pressure difference with the external atmospheric pressure. Inhale dust-laden air. Dust and other debris enter the filter bag through carpet or floor brush, long nozzle, elbow, hose and hose joint in turn. Dust and other debris stay in the filter bag. After air is purified by filter, it is discharged from the tail of the body.
